The Special Public Work recruitment is a programme adopted by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) basically from one of the capacity-building collaborations with the International Labour Organization (ILO)
Requirements for SPW Recruitment
The requirements for SPW recruitment include the following.
- Applicant must be a law-abiding citizen of Nigeria
- Anyone applying must be fully registered with NIMC i.e. you must have a National Identification Card.
- Educational qualification is Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSCE) upwards.
- Personal information like address, place of birth, date of birth and other fundamental information.
Outside these requirements, there are other requirements and note that this recruitment does not require any form of online payment, it is totally free.
SPW Recruitment Closing Date
Currently, the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has not stated any deadline for submission of application.
Also, note that the NDE 774,000 SPW Shortlisted Candidates portal contains the contact persons for the 36 states in Nigeria. This simply means further enquiries can be forwarded to these people.
